FAQ
Q: How does your pet waste removal service work?
A: Our field service tech will systematically walk through the area exposed to pet waste and scoop up and bag the waste product. All tools used to clear the area will be disinfected after each visit to prevent contaminating other areas and spreading germs, viruses and parasites into other yards.
Q: Are there any contracts that I need to sign?
A: No. You can cancel your service whenever you like and will recieve a refund for the remainder of your unserviced month. If for any reason you need to cancel your regularly scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours prior so that we can re-route our field service tech and reschedule another visit.
Q: Can I leave my dog in my yard during service?
A: If you have a dog that does not have a problem with strangers, then yes. So it depends on your dog. If they are aggressive, it would be wise to confine them for the time we are in your yard. As a dog owner, you are responsible for your dog. If we find that an aggressive dog is threatening our safety, we will not provide service at that time, and will reschedule another visit.
Q: Do I have to be home in order to receive service?
A: No, as long as we have access to your yard. For safety and security reasons, we will not jump or climb fences to gain access to your yard. So if there is a gate blocking our access, it needs to be unlocked if you are not home.
Q: How can I pay for service?
A: At this time we only accept cash or check. Service is paid in advance monthly.
Q: What are the service schedules that are available to me?
A: We offer service twice a week, once a week, twice a month and one time cleanings. Twice a week service visits are on Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays. We can alter schedules to fit your circumstances. For most plans, you can choose the day of your service visit (Monday - Friday) but because of routing issues we cannot guarantee a time of day. Fortunately, you do not have to be home for a service visit.
Q: Do you offer service throughout the winter?
A: Absolutely! Just because it's cold and snowing outside doesn't mean your dog stops using your yard. Pet waste can accumulate during the winter, sometimes hidden by snow. But look out when it melts! We can make sure that you will have a clean yard throughout the winter and will not have any unpleasant surprises come spring.
